Creating snapshot VSSFreezer: Failed to freeze guest

Post by singy2002 »

Hi,
I have searched around and found many of the same errors reported, but they seem to refer only to the VC server.

In our case we have 5 different servers all with this warning message, the job does complete, but the warning is generated and is causing the customer some concern.

These 5 servers provide different roles, SQL, VC, exchange etc.

If I have missed the pages I should have read please point me in the right direction.
Regards
Andy

Remember Windows 2000 doesn't support freeze so if these are 2000 guests that explains your error.
