Custom Veeam Backup Schedule

Hi Team,

I would like to configure backup schedule for my Virtual server using Veeam B&R.
Below should be schedule

Week 1
-On Every Saturday Night @10.00 Full backup for 5 VM should be created
-Every day @ 10.00 PM Incremental backup

Week 2
-On Every Saturday Night @10.00 Full backup for 5 VM should be created
-Every day @ 10.00 PM Incremental backup

Week 3

-Delete only Full backup and incremental backup of Week 1 (while keeping full backup plus incremental backup of week 2) and create full backup of Week 3 followed by incremental backup for week 3.

Week 4
-Delete only Full backup and incremental backup of Week 2 (while keeping full backup plus incremental backup of week 3) and full backup of Week 4 plus incremental backup for week 4

Week 5

So on...




Full Synthetic backup end of Every Month for All 5 VM.

Could you please suggest settings in Veeam B& R 9.5 in order accomplish this schedule. Idea is to manage space on Repository. May be its not best practice to do it but I have real space constraint.

Hi Govi,
You just need to set retention = 14 restore points and schedule active full backup on Saturday.
