Customer backup form checklist questioner

Hi, is there any form/checklist/questioner that the client can fill out to be used when planning the backup? A list for each server asking... how many restore points are needed? How quickly does it need to be back online etc...

Hi Patrick,
Could you clarify the use case?
Basically you just start a backup job wizard and set all the parameters there.
