In case anyone is interested, EMC has released Data Domain Virtual Edition. The download link comes with 0.5Tb evaluation license but you need registered account on EMC to get on downloading.
I've briefly tested this with Veeam 9, seems to work just fine as deduplicating storage appliance (DDBOOST).

Our QC has been using this internally since beta, no issues. However, we did not submit RTM certification test results to EMC yet.
