DB migration order & Linux Repo

Hello,

we will be migrating the Veeam Backup Server Configuration DB and EM DB from MSSQL to PostgreSQL.
is there any specific order as to which one should be migrated first?

we will also migrate from Windows to Linux repos and my question is: is there a BP guide for linux repos? like partitions, dir structure, security etc.

I prefer to start with VBR, then EM.
