Hi,
I'm having trouble setting up a DataDomain DD2200 as a Fibre Channel backup repository to Veeam version 9.0.0.1491.
The error is "DD OS version 5.4 or later is required to use DDBoost" however the OS version reported on the DD2200 is OS:5.6.0.3-485123 which suggests it should work.
Has anyone came across this error or offer advice?
Thanks,
Lee.

Lee, I suggest contacting support to verify your setup. This doesn't look expected.

Re: DD OS version 5.4 or later is required to use DDBoost
Mistake on my part, anyone who see's this error it's because there is/are no DD Boost Access Groups configured. I'd set one up ran through the wizard a little quickly after setting mine up so wait 5mins or so, I was a little impatient.
On Data Domain (Data Management > DD Boost > Fibre Channel) Set an access group and the error won't show.
