We have moved to a new Veeam server, reinstalled and connected us to our cloud repositoru agent, hosted by our CC.
It is encrypted but when we try to decrypt the password so we can map it to a new backupset, it just disappears without getting the backup files avaiable.
It is still encrypted.
Any ideas?

Re: Decrypting encryption key set
Frank,
I guess you are talking about the tenant side? Once you decrypt an imported backup, it should move from "imported (encrypted)" to disk (imported) until you map them to a new backup job.
