The new rules about support post deleted are too strict
I'm finding this forum most times better and most effectively than tech support
Today is second time in a few days that my support posts are deleted
No-no

Re: Deleted posts
Sorry. This is just not a support forum. And what may have worked when we had 1000 customers and 500 forum members no longer works when we are closing on 20000 customers and 8000 forum members. We have to adjust and change as we grow.
In cases when you do need to post about a support issue for any reason, make sure you follow the rules of posting support issues to avoid getting your post removed. The rules are provided when you click New Topic, really hard to miss.
Thank you.

Re: Deleted posts
Today another of my posts has been deleted, I'm more and more unhappy with forums rules.

Re: Deleted posts
Marco, your post has been merged with existing discussion to avoid duplicate discussions. Use Show your posts functionality in User Control Panel to see all your posts. This is explained in the global announcement topic > If your post disappears.
In future, please make sure you utilize forum search before creating the new topic. Duplicate discussions trash the forum, make it much harder to find the required information, and distract our staff and other community members subscribed to the forum feed.
