Different Backup typs

Hello Veeam forum

what are the pros and cons of various backup types.

active full backups

Synthetic full backups

reverse incremental


Is there a setting for this name of veeam? Best Practice


We currently backing up to 2 NAS. (NAS1 & NAS2)

Backup jobs and Copjobs on NAS1 (active full)

Backup job on NAS2 (synthetic full)

But i dont know the difference, i hope you can help me;-)
