Direct SAN connection is not available, failing over to network mode...
I had this problem long ago, then it went away... itself
Now it came back once I added VMFS v5 volume for my VMs with RDM disks of 2Tb in size
Volume IS visible in Disk management on the host machine (it is on same iSCSI array as the other volume v3 that works)
Any idea how to tackle it?

Most likely, the Veeam Backup & Replication version you are using does not support vSphere 5. Please review the sticky topic for all active product versions, it has vSphere version support details as well. Thanks.
