Disks and volumes discovery fails

Hi,

Veeam got a problem while discovering the configured hosts.
All hosts can be scanned except for one remote hypervisor. When Veeam tries to scan the hypervisor it gets an error:

11.04.2018 04:42:49 Error [<hypervisor>] Disks and volumes discovery failed Error: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

If I do a manual discover of the host I don't get any errors. The Backupjobs on the host are also working.
There are two VMs running on the Hyper-V (SQL and Terminal server). The Hypervisor is connected to our management network an IPSec tunnel.
