Do not get any messages from Veeam in Zabbix

I have configured the following in Zabbix

Item
Type: Zabbix agent (active)
Key: eventlog["Veeam Backup",,"Error|Warning",,^(450|490),,all]
Type of information: Log

Trigger
Expression: last(/BACKUPSERVER/eventlog["Veeam Backup",,"Error|Warning",,^(450|490),,all])>0

If I look after this in History, I see the error.

What I do wrong?

Additionally, please note that Veeam does not offer support services for Zabbix integration or technical support for our products through this forum.
