EM: failed to unzip << GuestIndexData.zip >>
Hello together,
i have a problem with the veeam EM. The problem is that i cant "unzip" (i cant open a current file - old files are fine) the "GuestIndexData.zip" from two VM - all other VM are ok.
I checked the path/directory from the GuestIndexData.zip and saw that they not current.
I can restore "Guest files" directly from the Backup-Server. Also there is the current "GuestIndexData.zip" file in the path/Directory.
Can I sync them manually?
I hope you understand what I mean.
Thanks

What if you try to perform catalog replication manually (by clicking Sync Catalog Now on the Configuration > Search Server tab in Enterprise Manager)? If you have successful VM backups with guest file system indexing enabled, have completed catalog replication, but still cannot restore files using EM, please contact our technical support for assistance.

Thanks
the manually replications says:
- Failed to replicate catalog data from the Server "######"
- The meta-file "######" does not contain attribute "IsConnectorInitialzed" under the tree "".
Every other catalog are fine (catalog was replication earlier from the Server..). Only the one doesn't replication.
Thanks
Have you got an idea? When not I contact the technical Support.

I encourage you to do that, this is definitely the most effective way to address issues like that.
