Email Format and/or Enterprise Manager Agent/Backup Copies

We're running 9.5 U3.

We've been using the restful api on our Enterprise Manager servers and have our own application that queries and creates tickets for our ticket system when jobs fail.

Unless we are missing something, it doesn't appear that EM, provides any data for the Agent jobs or for Backup Copy Jobs. Can anyone confirm and/or know if that will be released at some point?

As an alternative, we are considering parsing e-mails, but, the format of the HTML emails seems a bit tedious to parse - are there any settings that we could use to have it send a CSV or plain text email notification?

Hello Jim,

RESTful API does not cover agent backup jobs now but we plan to enhance it later. Is it possible for you to use SNMP traps generated by backup jobs or rely on Windows events?

From my testing, neither the SNMP traps of Windows Event logs can tie together the backup job, it's machines that are being protected, and their status.
