In my company I have a separate teams to manage the issues, for example:
- If the job are working fine (success) I will receive the mail.
- If the job have a issue (failed), the system will send the mail to another person, in my case a automatically mail to my Service Desk team, this way my system will created a automatically case inside our my company, need only to send the mail.
Example: Veeam System send the mail to MyCompanyServiceDesk, my system will create a automatically case.
I have this feature on my old backup solution and help me a lot with the compliance.
