Hi!

I resigned from my old job and started in a new one. In customer support portal there is no option to change my email address. How can I do that?

I guess it's not possible. Got a reply from your support to create a new account and they'll transfer certifications, trainings, etc.

That's actually because your email address is your identifier in the forums, the username for example is not as it can be freely changed.

Required a information how to transfer the Veeam user Profile training history and certificate, I have changed the Job recently. looking to transfer all the training history to new company profile.

Hi Jitthu, welcome to the forums.

Please open a Support Case and select the type "General Inquiry" and explain your situation to the Support Team. I am not sure what options they have, but start with the Support case of General Inquiry type and the Support Team will review the situation and assist as they can.
