Encryption password error

Good afternoon,
I tell you a problem with certificates. The scenario is as follows:
We have a backup job that we have encrypted. From another VBR server we access the repository and locate the backup. When trying to open it, it asks us for the password and we try to recover it following the procedure of the Enterprise Manager. And the following error appears:

Request verification failed
Cannot find public key with such key set ID
