End Hung Job

Anyone have a procedure for ending a hung job? I've read something about scripts to do this, are these available anywhere?

Hi Donal, yes the script is available from our support - it updates the configuration database to mark the job as stopped.

Unfortunately I don't have the script, so yes you should contact our support. Since this script involves edits to configuration database, we cannot publish it openly for public download.
