Endpoint says Yes, VBR says No

I've a couple of endpoint clients backing up to my VBR repository; This morning, one of them is reporting as failed.

No problem, jump onto the client to kick it back off, and the client says it was successful.

Currently using VBR 9.5.0.823. Endpoint is on 1.5.0.306

Didn't know weather to raise a case from within endpoint (because end point says it's worked just fine)

Any thoughts?

Hi Jeff,

Could you go to the repository and check if that “failed” backup file is present there?
Also please provide us with screenshots where there is a difference in the backup state for the job in question.
