Everytime we find some strange behaviour we first upload Veeam logs. After that we often get the request by support to also upload windows/linux event logs. It would be nice if that could be done by Veeam while collecting logs - at least optionally.
Also it would be very nice if the logs could be auto-uploaded to the case. Our logs are often bigger than 10 GB and take forever to generate. So after 2 hours or so when the logs are finally generated we have to remember to upload these logs to the ticket system - or to SFTP because of the size.
This could be made more convenient!

+1 as I think it could speed up ticket processing if all necessary information is already included in the Support Export.
Upload via the VBR console could be useful in cases where you have to generate logs multiple times or for longer time frames.

only related to the speed of log compression... a "hack" a customer told me some time ago: once the log collection finished, compress the data with a 3rd party tool that supports multi-core processing e.g. 7zip (our zip creation process is currently single-threaded). That saves him some hours time for on the compression part.

+1 for the Auto Upload enhancement. It's not exactly hard to upload the logs, but as the extraction process is so refined already, it would be great to have it auto-upload to the case as well.
