Hello,
We are running B & R 9.5.4.2866. Today i was informed by a help desk users that in EM, they can only see successfully completed jobs up until 4.24.20. When i view the jobs in Console, which i use almost exclusively, i see the same jobs completed last night / this morning.
Any idea why these would be "out of sync".
Should i just open a ticket or has anyone seen this issue before?

Check the state of Data Collection Job Sessions and try to start the data collection manually. If that does not help, please raise a support case and share the case ID. Cheers!
