Hi everyone,
is there a posssibility to connect the Enterprise Manager to more than one LDAP?
In our environment the enterprise manager ist part of our intern-domain, but as service provider we want to enable our customers, that they can manage the backups by themself.
Our customers gain access to the vCenterwhere their VMs run, by authenticate against our ldap of our customer portal.
Since we don't have SAML authentication in use anywhere else, there is a lack of experience, which is why we would prefer the connection to other LDAP server as identity provider.
Thanks in advance and kind regards
Kai

Re: Enterprise Manager - Connections to multiple LDAP
Hello,
as for LDAP, there is only Active Directory support. No plain LDAP. Enterprise Manager can join one Active Directory.
So SAML is the only way I see.
Best regards,
Hannes

Hi,
any chances that a feature like this could go live in future and we would just wait for that?

Currently, there are no short-term plans for this matter. Thanks!
