Hello,
I cannot install Enterprise Manager, error "Unable to write inside TEMP enviroment variable path".
I found the cause of the error: I have "Windows Script Host" disabled. (HKEY_CURRENT_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows Script Host\Settings\Enabled=0)
After enabling the "Windows Scripts Host" the installation was successful.
It's a paradox, the installation needs "Windows Scripts Host" enabled, but the "Veeam Backup & Replication v.12.1" understands this as a security risk.
The installer should be modified and not exploit this security risk.

Re: Enterprise manager install error - solved
Hi Martin.
Interesting finding. I believe we are using it during installation to run database update scripts.
Will check with the team about it.
/Thanks!

Re: Enterprise manager install error - solved
An update: it appears that bundled PostgreSQL setup is running some scripts during installation and replies on WSH. Installation to the existing database should not have this problem.
As Microsoft plans to deprecate WSH in the future (and force it to be a feature-on-demand soon) we expect PGSQL setup to adjust in time.
