Enterprise Manager JavaScript Errors

Even though I have added Enterprise Manager to my Trusted Sites, I still get the following:

JavaScript must be enabled in the web browser to view this page’s content.
If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, add this site to the trusted sites.

Any ideas?
