I removed a user from the Enterprise Manager web console. Later, I decided to readd that user. However, I cannot readd that user. I get the error message 'Specified account is already in the list.' when trying to add that user from the Roles section.

Hello, I would suggest contacting our technical support team directly with this issue. Seems like the user has not been deleted properly last time, out of curiosity... could you tell me whether you're able to connect with this user to the Enterprise Manager's console or not?

No, I'm not able to connect with that user. As a test, I added a different test user and logged in successfully. Then, I reproduced the initial problem by deleting that user and trying to recreate the user account. Same error.

In this case I would suggest contacting our support team, we will require all Enterprise Manager's log files to investigate the issue
