Enterprise Manager - Multiple Clients

I am an IT consultant. Can I use Enterprise Manager to manage multiple clients at different sites.

I installed Enterprise Manager at my site and tried connect to remote sites. I forwarded ports 9392-9395 back to the Veeam pc but I get an error "Server 'servername' is unavailable. The ICMP echo reply was not received within the allotted time.".

Is this do-able?

Yes, you can manage multiple-client installation via single Enterprise Manager. As to the error message, then it seems like your firewall rules restrictions are still in place.
