Enterprise Manager - no access
Hi
I was changing some roles of our Veeam enterprise manager (E+ licensed) - And I now have nobody with the role "Portal Administrator". Everyone is "Restore operator".
Is there a way to recover from this? (besides a new installation/restore the entire VM?)
I have a Veeam backup of the Enterprise manager VM, but the SQL database is not located on that VM, and I dont have a database backup from before the change.
Is the roles stored in the SQL database?

Have you tried logging onto the server with EM installed under BUILTIN\administrator account? I believe it should always have administrator role.

As default, BUILTIN\Administrators have portal administrator access - I changed that to restore operator.
There is no BUILTIN\Administrator shown in the roles configuration by default.
And yes, I've tried it, and it only gives me restore operator access.
There is a NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM as a Portal administrator, but I dont know how to login to the web interface with that user.

Just a short update.
Support got a copy of the SQL database, and returned with a SQL Query that fixed the issue.
