Hi Adrian, can you access EM website by IP address from any remote machine?

Do you probably have some firewall rules enabled that prevent access to this website from the remote VM?

Do you have any other websites running on this server? Just trying to narrow down the reason for this behavior. BTW, can you access this server from any other machine, for example, reach a CIFS share?

Hi !,

Many thanks for your answer and sorry the delay. No, in this server there aren´t more websites. Yes, by CIFS from other server it´s all ok and I can access by server name.

Thanks.

Regards.

Hmm... Was it a default installation of EM? Since you cannot access this website either via IP or hostname of the server, it could be a network configuration problem. Try re-installing it, if it doesn't help, then please contact our technical team for further assistance.

try adding the domain and the .local like: https://server.domain.local:9443 If this works then set the default suffix to the DNS tab on the server
My standalone Veeam server did this as it is not part of my AD network. If it is not in DNS then add to DNS or host file.
