Enterprise Manager self-service portal
We use the Enterprise Manager mainly for the API, but we want to look at using the self-service portal for vCloud Director. Maybe I'm missing something really obvious, but where do I enable the portal? There is no Self-service tab on the configuration page. I tried going to https://<EnterpriseManager>:9443/vCloud/<TestOrganization> which gives me a login prompt, but then I get "Self-service backup and restore portal is not enabled by your service provider".

Hi Daniel,
Have you tried performing these steps to configure access to the self-service portal for your tenants?
Thanks!

I tried, but step 2 requires me to select the Self-service tab on the left of the configuration page in Enterprise Manager. I can't do that, it's not there.

Are you running Enterprise Plus edition in your infrastructure? The self-service portal is available only in that edition.
