Hello people
I have a problem backing up one of Hyper-V. This VM has 2 disks, one of 200g and others of 1.9tb.
The backup made the copy of the 200g disk normally and the 1.9 it reaches 1.3Tb and the error.

Re: Erro Backup disck 1.9TB
Hi Rafael!
I'd suggest to check backup window settings to be sure that the job is permitted to run after 08:00 AM.
Thanks!

Re: Erro Backup disck 1.9TB
Then the only other possibility I see is someone (or something) is actually cancelling this job from under the specified account. Our support may be able to find more hints in debug logs as to where exactly this command comes from, so I suggest you contact them next. Thanks!
