Erro Backup disck 1.9TB

Hello people

I have a problem backing up one of Hyper-V. This VM has 2 disks, one of 200g and others of 1.9tb.

The backup made the copy of the 200g disk normally and the 1.9 it reaches 1.3Tb and the error.

Hi Rafael!

I'd suggest to check backup window settings to be sure that the job is permitted to run after 08:00 AM.

Hello.

I checked here and this option is not active in this routine.

Then the only other possibility I see is someone (or something) is actually cancelling this job from under the specified account. Our support may be able to find more hints in debug logs as to where exactly this command comes from, so I suggest you contact them next. Thanks!
