Error 1327 during B&R installation

trying to install Veeam B&R on another server and keep getting the following error during installation:

Error 1327.Invalid Drive: F:\

The server did have an F: drive which was removed recently. But I'm not sure why Veeam is wanting to refer to it? Maybe because Veeam has been installed on this server previously.

When you press OK setup ends with an error.

I'd put good money on this being a vPower NFS mount referred to on one of your backup repositories. Check all your backup repositories > Mount Server > vPower NFS.. see if any of them point to F:\

Fixed this by removing anything with 'veeam' on it from Programs and Features, registry and program files folders. It was probably something like what Steve suggests above.

Clearly 'uninstall' does not really uninstall all of Veeam when that's what you want.

vPower NFS was the issue as well for me. Ty for the fix!

Came across this issue yesterday, accept it was showing as the 'P' drive due to other data repositories.

My fix was the following...

I simply added a virtual hard drive to my VM, went in, enabled the new drive, gave it the 'F' drive letter rebooted and tried the install again.

In my case the system saw the drive and moved on after the install I simply deleted the drive.
