Hi
We are writing here because we are encountered this error since Tuesday in our production servers backup job of Veeam.
The error is the same for both vm ( the total vm is around 40, and these are the only two we cant backup )
Last time we havent problems was 19 March and never had problems with these two before.
The only one change we have made is the installation of Sophos services, but these are installed also in others servers with no problems.
I tryed to follow these troubleshoting but with any results :

I would recommend you to raise a support ticket because logs analysis is required in this case. Please, do not forget to post your case ID here for future references.
