Hi,

I've rolled out our first 9.5 upgrade recently. Jobs were running fine till yesterday.
Backup jobs started failing randomly with the following error message.

Error: An unexpected network error occurred.
WINAPI: Cannot get file size. File: [\\FilSrv\FilSrv-CIFS2\FilSrv-CIFS2-jobs\soam1.vm-5192D2017-11-11T120158.vib]

The subsequent job succeeds. Any help in figuring out the issue / resolving it is highly appreciated.

CPnath: were you able to resolve the issue having similar issue
Error: An unexpected network error occurred. Failed to read data from the file [\\location of backupfile.vbk]. Failed to download disk. Reconnectable protocol device was closed. Failed to upload disk. Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}.

Since cpnath haven't shared the case ID, we cannot check whether the issue been solved or not.
