error during backup

Just the other day my existing backups have been throwing errors. Mind you these backups have been running for over a year, then yesterday it started, client error: ChannelError: ConnectionReset - I've noticed on the Vcenter that its starting and cleaning the snapshot each time but not showing on the Veeam console as doing so. It isnt for one server but all in house servers (12). The services are started the vms are listed. I created a new back to run a new full and that error appeared again, I have since received Veeam.Backup.AgentProvider.AgenClosedException was thrown error and failed to fins last point in backup. NO patches were installed just a MS update on the appliance it resides.

any assistance in correcting this would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Can you please give us a bit more details about your infrastructure?
What is your repository? Do you use storage snapshots?

You can also contact Veeam support to review logs and find the root of the case.
By the way, what`s the reason of using older version of the product? Thanks!
