Error on backup job, file copy to datastore /nas

I have ERP aplication based on Firebird server, erp aplication dont have a own backup tools.
i do it with veeam, i backup folder of aplication to Datastore on local disk, second job on NAS store.
after update on veeam vbr 12.1.56, i have a warrning

look like veeam doesn't know how to properly stop the base and copy to datastore or NAS

Any solution for this error, or solution for best way to backup ERP aplication

Does the ERP vendor have any pre & post thaw scripts you could use?

Is this a physical server or virtual?

As @MarkBoothmaa specified above. The ERP has a lock on the file it is using. It must be quiesced or shutdown in order to be backed up. Talk to your ERP vendor for correct and safe shutdown of ERP application. Then you can follow there instructions on how to backup application.

Hy all.
ERP doesnt have any script. it is old erp manufacture, and they tell me erp doesnt support backup up database in use, but veeam "know" do that.
Server OS is Windows server 2019, server is physical.
