Error on install (SQL local)

I get this error at the end of the installation version 3.1:

Unable to install sql management objects.

How do I prevent this error without deleting my existing VEEAM database? (3.0.1)
I checked the rights on the registry key, but are ok, the account is domain admin.

Never mind, I placed the server in an other policy and it worked, must be something in the policy.
