Error running backup

I keep getting this error when trying to backup one of my virutal machines "Checking VM running state Cannot process the VM because the target VM state is "FileLevelRestore". " For some reson it seems to be stuck in that station and im not sure how to get it out of that state. Even reboot didnt seem to help. Thanks
