Error: SQL Server Unavailable
Seems under heavy load this error crops up on jobs. Re-running the job without heavy load and it's fine. Is there some sort of time out on the SQL queries or something?

Re: Error: SQL Server Unavailable
"Timing out" is exactly the problem. I fixed it in my environment by tuning the Veeam server a little better. We started with too little memory for the core count, plus the VM wasn't configured optimally for the underlying host. We were only backing up 4 VMs, but they each had a lot of disks. By increasing the memory from 4GB to 6GB and reorganizing the 8-vCPU from "8 sockets" to "2 sockets, 4 cores" (exactly matching the hosts before HT), we boosted the working memory and the ability of SQL to multithread (SQL Express won't use multiple sockets, but it WILL use multiple cores)..
