Error: Timed out waiting for objects

Post by toreml »

Hi.

I get til following error in a couple of jobs: Processing <server> Error: Timed out waiting for objects [vm-xxxx, host-yyyy, host-zzzz, host-ww, host-vv, host- s]
This is when it tried to start a new backup in a already running backup job. Some servers in this job have run OK

Hi Tore, have you tried to rescan the hosts/vCenter server in Veeam B&R console? Might help.

Can this be done when backups are running - or do I have to stop the backups?

No need to stop the backups.
