Error: Unable to find storage snapshots for VM 'name' Netapp

We encounter a huge problem on our environment.
We have Veeam 9.5 update3 enterprise Plus. We are using storage snapshots on netapp.

After migrating servers to another netapp datastore. We encounter the following error:
7/02/2018 4:15:57 :: Error: Unable to find storage snapshots for VM 'vmname'

Other vm's in same job with the same volume are processed succesfully. But several server are getting this error.

Manually creating vm snapshot and view the MOB of vmware shows the snapshot but not the layout of the disk regarding the veeam support is not shown. On working vm's it's not shown as well.
Do you guys have any idea? Because of this we have several production vm's failed to create a backup.

Hi Joachim, according to the support case notes, Dries was advised to contact VMware support regarding the fact that VMDK disks are not listed under 'VirtualMachineFileLayoutSnapshotLayout' in MOB (which causes Veeam B&R to fail on these VMs). If you see similar behavior, I recommend to ask VMware for assistance. Thanks!
