Errors with Veeam Backup 3.1

Hi, I have tested Veeam Backup 3.1

I have installed in a computer with Windows 2003 standar R2, Virtual Center 2.5 update 4 and VCB 1.5.

the computer has connectivity via iscsi to SAN EMC AX4-5. But I have not attached any lun or folder.

I have tried to doing some backup of some virtual machines via "SAN" and via "NBD" . it does not work. It works via "network backup"

The errors:

Retrieving file list VCB error: Canceling, please wait... Canceling, please wait... Error: Failed to export the disk: Operation was cancelled An error occurred, cleaning up... Canceling, please wait... Canceling, please wait...

Retrieving file list WaitFo rVCBCatalog failed Client error: Vcb process is terminated
Waiting for catalog data has failed.Vcb process is terminated
Waiting for catalog data has failed.
Server error: End of file

Now, I use "Veritas Backup Exec 12.5". I can do backups via "nbd".

I would to change "Veeam Backup" but If the test make bad...

someone can help me?

Hello, this is actually VCB error (not Veeam Backup error). Also, the fact that you can run VCB in NBD mode, but not in SAN mode also tells me there's something wrong with your VCB install. Please send full log files from Help | Support Information to support@veeam.com for investigation, may be our support have seen similar issue before.
