Exchange 2010 AIR Restore Error

Hi all,

I'm testing the AIR Exchange restore feature and have encountered the following error when attempting to access the users mailbox during the restore wizard:

<TBD>Unable to access mailbox:

<TBD>Web services not available.

I've confirmed the user account has full access to the mailbox and that Exchange Web services ae working well.

Anybody have any clues?

Hi Oliver, Exchange 2010 is not supported with the current AIR wizard beta as per System Requirements document included with your download. Also, if you search this forum for Exchange 2010 AIR, you will find a couple of existing discussion on the same subject. In future, kindly please always use search before creating the new topic, and re-use existing topics instead of creating duplicates. Thanks!
