I am testing Veeam Exchange AIR restore with Exchange 2003 and am getting the following error right after specifying the user mailbox.
Unable to access mailbox:
<TBD>Web services not available.
The Veeam Server has Web services started (Veeam Enterprise manager working fine). I've not found anything on this in the forums except one relating to Exchange 2010 which offers no good information on the problem. I've reviewed the user guide as well as web searches and haven't been able to find anything on this error.
Has anyone seen this before on 2003 or have any suggestions?

Hello Sam, what is the build number of Exchange wizard you're using? Is it the latest one (5.0.2.235)?
