Is Exchange single database recovery integrated with Veeam interface ?

what do you mean with single DB recovery?

with Veeam Backup Enterprise or the brand new Veeam Explorer for Exchange Beta you are able to recover single mails.

if you want to recover the whole DB, this is more a file recovery of the whole edb file. if you need a specific point in time, you need also the logs and do this recovery by eseutil.

so exchange recovery of DB or single items is possible, but for one of the way's there is no wizzard/GUI.

If your're looking for entire DB recovery then vMO is correct, you should be using VM FLR capabilities.
