Exchange dropouts when backup running

Guys

When using veeam and it backs up our exchange server, it drops out everyones outlook (read 500 users calling the helpdesk)

It only seems to do it when it gets to the "Remove Snapshot" even in vSphere, and gets to about 90 + % of that.

Whats causing this to happen?
