hi guys,

i'm looking for VEX but I can't see it from Veeam's web site. someone know where I can download it?

Cool....so my version is without VEX :/

There's a way to restore it without reinstall or uninstall the product?

Then you have VEX. ;) Check the Veeam's folder under Start menu.

no VEX on my machine....and when I try to recovery an Exchange server, the message is:

Veeam Explorer for Exchange is not available or not installed

the last time when I called support, they told me to make a procedure to install Cloud Edition....but....she (was a girl) missed that where was a bug (during the phone call I said: it's a bug....I know how to install Veeam Cloud).

so...I don't trust technical support :)

Well, you can always ask for escalation if you feel your case is not handled properly. Anyway, if you don't want to contact technical support, you can re-install Veeam B&R, probably this will help.

solved with a total uninstall/re-install of B&R...but it's very strange!
