Hi Guys.
About half of our mailboxes are not showing when mounting restore points. I've tried a whole bunch of points. Are there some permissions missing that would cause this?
Actually, two databases are missing, but it says it's being backed up. Any idea why it's not showing?

Hi Hayden, most likely the databases cannot be mounted for some reason (different file systems of Exchange and VEX servers, for example). Please contact technical support for a closer look. The exact reason will be visible from the log files. Thanks.
