We am delighted with double byte support of Veeam 9.5u1.Double-byte support.
Double-byte characters are now supported in the virtual infrastructure object names (such as VM name) and Veeam object names (such as job name).https://www.veeam.com/kb2222
But when we export logs, the job(included Japanese) log is disappear in zip.
If we refer the folder exported logs, we can see the job folder and HTML report before compression process, but after compression process the job folder and HTML report are disappear.
So the problem is due to compression.
Would you check it?
