hello,
today i tried the extract.exe which went very well. but i wanted to give it another test by checking if it would be possible to restore a delta file (vrb) with extract.exe. now please check out this output (see all down):
as you can see all needed files are in the directory. the user in which the dos box is running is the admin.
why this error?
best regards,
Joerg

Re: extract.exe with vrb files
Hello, as per User Guide, extract.exe supports extracting full recovery files (VBK) only. Basically, when you need to store backups in long-term repository or off-site, it is full backup (VBK) file that you want to put on tape or external storage along with this tool, not VRB file (rollback file containing changes only).
