Failed Backup

Hello everyone,

I have a question for you. When a backup job contains multiple VMs and one of those VMs fails to back up. Why does it stop the whole job? I still have other VMs that need to be backed up that follow that one failed VM. It stops at the failed VM and then does not go any further. Due to the fact that I can't set the order right now, I cannot avoid this issue if something happens. Is there a recommendation or is this a known issue? Is my installation just misbehaving? Maybe I just missed a setting?

Hello Denis, the job will not stop just because certain VMs fail to be processed - please contact our support team and supply them with logs and exact error message for investigation. Thanks!
